- Area labels are the captured area-trend source labels. They are useful browsing groupings and are not asserted to be official boundary definitions.
- Compare Q2 2026 and Q1 2026 txCount values retained in the immutable area evidence. The AED-per-square-metre filter from 1,000 through 100,000 was applied by the captured area-trends source query and is verified against the immutable source artifact; the retained txCount values do not independently reapply that filter. Area movement compares qualified registration volumes; it is not a price index, appraisal, forecast, or statement about an individual project or building.
- Project movement is intentionally omitted because the immutable report evidence does not contain a verified quarterly project aggregate.
