Do you offer refunds?
We refund the most recent monthly charge in full if you raise a request within 14 days of payment, no questions asked. Annual plans are pro-rated.
Why is pricing in AED?
GetVerdict reads official Dubai public transaction records, and the underlying economy is AED. Other currencies use a daily Open Exchange Rates midpoint snapshot for orientation; billing remains in AED to avoid FX-spread surprises on the invoice.
What exactly is in a brief?
Each brief is one filed verdict: a fair-price midpoint and band, at least six ranked similar sales, 12-month area trend, fees breakdown, an evidence breakdown, and a downloadable PDF. Compare reports and watchlist alerts on paid plans don't count against the verdict limit.
What's the difference between watermarked and branded PDFs?
Free-tier PDFs stamp a diagonal SAMPLE — UPGRADE TO REMOVE overlay across every page. Personal and Team plans receive clean PDFs with your name in the header so you can hand them to a client or counterparty.
How are Team seats billed?
Team plans start at 3 seats and scale per active seat. Monthly starts at AED 447/month; annual starts at AED 4,284/year. Admins can add or remove seats from the team page; changes pro-rate within the current period.
Is the data accepted by banks or for legal proceedings?
No. A GetVerdict opinion is an independent reading of public transaction records, not a RICS appraisal or regulated valuation. It's useful for negotiation, desk research, and audit trails — not as a substitute for a panel valuer.
